Senator Rand Paul has introduced legislation to restrict the use of domestic drone aircraft against American citizens.  Check out the full story here.

It seems like some of our law enforcement community has forgotten about a little thing we like to call the 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution, the one that protects us against unreasonable searches and seizures.

The rampant trampling of our constitutionally protected rights by the government itself has been on the increase since 9-11, and it's good to see an elected official standing up for the common man for once.

I'm all about taking out the Johnny Jihadis and the other terrorists that threaten our way of life, but you can't punish the vast majority of law abiding American citizens in pursuit of a relatively few number of low-lifes.

Remember what Mr. Benjamin Franklin said, "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."
